Developer overview

SieuTroLy offers a public REST API v1 (server-to-server) and an MCP server so external systems and AI agents can work with one workspace's data: orders, products, stock, purchasing, customers, conversations, workflows, content posting, deliveries and KiotViet.

Authentication

Create a key in app.sieutroly.ai → API Key → Create API Key and choose its scopes. The sk_live_… key is shown once.

Call the API from your server only — never ship the key in a browser or mobile app.

Errors and rate limits

Errors look like { "error": { "code": "invalid_request", "message": "…" } }. Limits are per key per minute (default 60, max 600); every response carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, X-RateLimit-Reset, and 429 responses include Retry-After.
